Wealth Management Process

Our wealth management process consists of steps that help get an overview of your current situation, choices available, and what must be done to pursue goals. The process involves gathering relevant financial information, determining your goals, examining current financial status, and formulating a strategy or plan for how to work toward goals given the current situation and future plans.

LISTEN
Listening to you is the foundation of our investment planning process. We begin by understanding your personal situation, including your goals, risk tolerance, tax situation, cash flow needs, and other important factors. This is the opposite of the one-size-fits-all approach.

ANALYZE
We gather and analyze your financial information to develop a snapshot of where you currently stand and help you determine your strengths and weaknesses.

PLAN
Based on the information provided and our ongoing dialogue with you, we leverage the combined knowledge and experience of The Elkhart Group and Stifel’s resources to develop a comprehensive investment plan. With your permission, we also coordinate with your existing advisors, including accountants and attorneys, when necessary.

IMPLEMENT
Selecting from a wide array of alternative investment platforms and complementary vehicles, your plan is put into action in a transparent, cost-efficient, and tax-advantaged manner.

PERIODIC REVIEW
Your investment plan is periodically reviewed with you, and we will make adjustments as the markets fluctuate and your life evolves.

Stifel does not provide legal or tax advice. You should consult with your legal and tax advisors regarding your particular situation.
