Liz is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and obtained a master’s degree from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she was selected to deliver the commencement for her class. She has worked in Elkhart in the securities industry since 1993. Liz and The Elkhart Group serve clients across the country with a concentration on the needs of owners of closely held businesses. They create comprehensive investment plans with a focus on retirement income, estate planning strategies, charitable giving, and, most specifically, the generational transfer of wealth.
Liz has had the pleasure of guest lecturing for business classes at the University of Notre Dame for more than 35 years. She has also lectured and participated in case studies at Harvard Business School, the University of Illinois, and the University of Michigan in addition to being featured in an article in The Wall Street Journal. Liz serves on the steering committee for Stifel’s Women’s Initiative Network. She was named to Forbes’ Top Women Wealth Advisors List in 2020 and 2021 and to Forbes’ Best-in-State Wealth Advisors for the past five years (2021 to 2025).

Brian began his financial services career with The Elkhart Group in 2000. His investment approach is grounded in the knowledge gained through earning the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification, which is issued by the Investments & Wealth Institute to professionals who complete rigorous coursework in complex portfolio construction, investment analysis, and comprehensive wealth management. Brian concentrates on long-term investing, with careful use of annuities and a sharp focus on risk management strategies. In addition, he serves as Branch Manager for both the Elkhart and South Bend offices, where he leads teams focused on delivering personalized investment strategies and robust client service.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he was given the opportunity to study abroad in London and completed an internship with the Treasury at Anglo Irish Bank in Limerick, Ireland. In addition to the CIMA® certification, he holds Series 7, 9 & 10, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Brian serves as a board member of Cancer Resources of Elkhart County and is an active committee member of the Elkhart County Estate Planning Council. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Margot, and their three children.
Bob brings more than 25 years of investment industry experience to the team. He started his career with A.G. Edwards in 2000 and joined Stifel in 2009. Taking a comprehensive approach to his clients’ wealth management goals, Bob offers guidance on individual equity selections, employer-sponsored retirement accounts, and fixed income allocations. He utilizes both strategic and tactical money management strategies and has great conviction in dollar-cost averaging as an investment philosophy.

Faiz entered the investment industry in 2006 after attending Purdue University, where he studied in their Financial Counseling & Planning Program. Faiz joined The Elkhart Group in 2013 and focuses on portfolio and equity analysis, laddered bond portfolios, and supporting the advisors in developing customized investment strategies. Faiz currently resides in the community where he grew up with his wife, Holly, their two children, and various pets. As an avid Purdue family and members of the John Purdue Club, they enjoy frequenting football and basketball games in West Lafayette and beyond.

Lyndsay earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphics Design/VCD and Studio Art from the University of Indianapolis, where she was a national champion, two-time All-American in collegiate golf, and 2010 NCAA Woman of the Year finalist. In addition to holding the Accredited Asset Management Specialist® designation, she maintains Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, along with life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Beyond her professional work, Lyndsay is an active civic leader. She serves on the board of directors for Child and Parent Services (CAPS), where she is currently in her third year as chair of the event task force. Lyndsay previously served on the Northern Indiana Make-A-Wish Council (2021 to 2023), leading fundraising and volunteer initiatives to support children with critical illnesses.
Lyndsay and her husband, Aaron, are proud parents of three children – Lincoln, Forde, and Willow. Together, they have also served as licensed foster parents and are passionate advocates for adoption and family support in their community.
Thomas began his financial services career in 2022 at Stifel. Prior to joining Stifel, he worked as a manager at a local country club and worked as an intern at the Elkhart Group before joining as a full-time associate and becoming a Financial Advisor in 2024. Thomas focuses on portfolio and equity analysis and managed strategies that relate to clients’ investment planning needs.
Thomas earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Grand Valley State University. He also holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, along with life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Away from work, Thomas is a member of the board of directors at Orchard Hills Country Club and is member of their finance committee. He also enjoys golfing, bowling, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
With a financial services career spanning three decades, Leslie brings deep experience and wealth management guidance that aligns with the needs of The Elkhart Group’s clients. Since 1995, she has served in a variety of key roles, including Registered Sales Assistant and Operations Manager. Today, as a Financial Advisor Associate with The Elkhart Group, Leslie works alongside the team on all estate planning issues, contributes to portfolio analysis, and manages insurance cases that are key to complex tax planning strategies.
Leslie began her studies at Ball State University and earned a degree in organization management at Bethel College. She holds Series 7, 9 & 10, 63, and 65 securities licenses, along with life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).

Brandon has gained his industry acumen through more than two decades of experience with The Elkhart Group. As the Branch Operations Manager, he oversees trade execution, compliance, correspondence, and staff supervision. Brandon also focuses on implementing retirement planning strategies, education savings plans, and insurance/annuity operations.
Brandon earned a B.B.A from the University of Kentucky and holds Series 7, 9 & 10, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Active in the community, Brandon has served as a board member for the Elkhart Education Foundation, a committee member for the Career Pathways at the Community Foundation of Elkhart County, and as co-chair for the business diversity initiative council for the Elkhart chamber of commerce.
Outside the office, Brandon and his wife, Jillian, own the Baker’s Nook Café, a local eatery in Elkhart. He spends his free time coaching his two young sons in youth sports and playing basketball, volleyball, and golf (poorly).
Rosanne began her financial services career in 1987 in Southern California and joined The Elkhart Group in 2003. At different points in her career, she has held positions as Operations Manager and Branch Office Administrator. Rosanne’s decades of experience allow her to provide quick responses to client inquiries and to lead communication activities for the team. She holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Rosanne has resided with her family in Elkhart County for more than 25 years and is the proud mother of two adult children. She has been a 4-H Sewing Instructor for more than 14 years and has been a volunteer leader and coach for various other community youth programs.
Chloé began her financial services career with Raymond James in 2018 before joining Stifel in 2022. Prior to entering the financial services industry, she spent nearly a year working in the banking industry, which is when she first developed her interest in client service and financial operations.
In addition to her professional role, Chloé is actively involved in the Elkhart community. She serves as the secretary for the Elkhart Park Foundation and is both a council member and team liaison for the leadership academy though the greater Elkhart chamber of commerce, a program from which she proudly graduated in 2023.
Outside of the office, Chloé has been coaching fifth and sixth grade volleyball for the Northern Indiana Volleyball Association since 2018. When she has downtime, Chloé enjoys playing sand volleyball, attending car shows, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Clifford.
